This app ("Forensics Utilities") is provided by Byte Breach Investigations (www.bytebreachinvestigations.com).
By tapping "I Agree" in the app you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This app provides digital-forensics and analysis utilities intended for lawful, authorised use only — for example: examining data and devices you own or are explicitly authorised to examine, security research, education, and incident response. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and authorisation to acquire, analyse, scan, or process any file, device, or network you use the app with, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you (including computer-misuse, wiretap/interception, data-protection, and evidence-handling laws in your jurisdiction).
Do not use the app to access, intercept, or analyse data, devices, or networks without authorisation, or for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose. The network "Live Triage" feature must only be used on networks you own or are authorised to assess.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or admissibility of any output as evidence. Forensic findings should be independently validated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
The app processes files and data you choose locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for backups and for the lawful handling and retention of any evidence or personal data you process.
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will require renewed consent on next launch.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or business, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
